About
Ilvy PhotoArt Events are organized by Latvian model Ilvy Kokomo and her team. This event will happen on Madeira island, near the coast of Portugal, which has earned its nickname the “European Hawaii”. It has a unique endemic flora and fauna which is the reason why it is included in the World Heritage Site by UNESCO. This will be an all inclusive event, so you won't have to worry about the transportation, accommodation or food.
What's included
Transport
We offer an airport transfer to the villa on the arrival day, as well as airport transfer on the departure day. If the client is arriving or departing outside the appointed pickup and drop off times, the client will be responsible for their own transportation to and from the airport. In addition we provide transport to and from shooting locations on the shooting days.
Accommodations
We will stay at a villa on the East side of the island, where every client will have their own bedroom with a queen size bed as well as a private bathroom. Villa is located next to the coast, and has a private swimming pool and garden. We will be photographing in this villa part of the event.
Photoshoots
For this event we have specially selected beautiful and experienced art nude and ballet models from all over the world. There are four confirmed models - Naomi, Shira, Bella and Ilvy herself. The shooting ratio will be 1:1, so it means this is a small event and is limited to 4 photographers. The exception for shooting ratio is if models are being photographed posing together, then we will join the groups. There will be 3 full shooting days, where models will be posing in total 6-8 hours per day in different locations. Locations will be villa, foggy forest and cliffs. Please be prepared for hiking to the shooting locations (packing light, comfortable shoes).

Catering
All meals will be cooked by our private chef. On your arrival day we will meet and greet you with a nice dinner at the villa. During the full shooting days our chef will be cooking breakfast, lunch and dinner. On the departure day we will have a farewell breakfast and then we will take you to the airport.

This is an all inclusive event - all you have to do is show up at the Madeira airport ( FNC) and we will take care of all the rest.
