About
We are excited to announce the Georgia Photography Event. After traveling across Georgia in April 2025 and exploring the country on a fun roadtrip, we fell in love with its landscapes, contrasts, and visual richness.
Most locations require short, easy walks or light hikes to reach them. No technical climbing is involved, but participants should be comfortable walking on uneven ground and spending time outdoors during shoots.
Georgia offers an unusual mix of wild nature, large-scale architecture, and places where time seems to have stopped. We will get to photograph abandoned Soviet times buildings, Arabian film set, mountain views, river valleys and waterfalls.
MODELS
We've secured a lineup of professional, versatile models for an inspiring and dynamic photoshoot experience.
Additional models will be confirmed based on participant numbers to maintain the 2:1 and 1:1 shooting ratios. This setup gives every photographer the necessary time and flexibility to capture their vision.

Abandoned Arabian film set
Our first shoot takes place at a large, abandoned film set built to resemble an Arabian town. Sand-colored walls, arches, towers, and empty streets create a cinematic atmosphere. With no crowds and full freedom to work, it feels like stepping into a forgotten world made only for photography
Mountain landscapes during the road trip
While traveling across the country, we will stop in the mountains for outdoor shoots. Open roads, wide views, hills, rocks, and changing light create a strong sense of space and movement. These locations are ideal for fashion, portraits, and expressive storytelling.
Abandoned sanatoriums
We will spend a full day exploring several abandoned sanatoriums. Each building is different — massive halls, long corridors, staircases, broken windows, peeling walls, and light falling through unexpected places. These spaces feel monumental, quiet, and full of atmosphere, offering endless visual possibilities.
Waterfalls and river canyon
One of the final nature locations is a river canyon with waterfalls, cliffs, and lush greenery. Water, stone, and depth create a powerful setting that feels raw and untouched. This location works beautifully for movement, flow, and connection with nature.

All shooting locations are subject to change due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, alternative locations will be carefully selected to ensure the highest quality experience and creative opportunities for all participants.
All inclusive
PHOTOSHOOTS
Styling will be provided by Ilvy Kokomo. We will shoot portraits, fashion, urbex, and artistic nude.
This is a 2:1 and 1:1 shooting ratio event, meaning in 2:1 shooting ratio two photographers will work together to photograph one model, whereas in 1:1 shooting ratio one photographer will shoot solo with each model, duo or group. You can choose to collaborate closely or divide your time — both ways work well in our experience. Each day includes 4-6 hours of shooting time, as well as special duo and group sessions with all models. A carefully planned schedule ensures that each photographer or photographer group will work with every model over the course of a full day, without rushing and with enough time to explore different ideas.
ACCOMMODATIONS
For the first night and fourth night we will stay in Tbilisi and for the second and third nights in Kutaisi. We will stay at hotels/ guest houses and each participant will have a private bedroom with an ensuite bathroom
MEALS
Meals include traditional Georgian cuisine, with three meals per day, a welcome dinner on arrival day, and a farewell breakfast on departure day.
TRANSPORT
All transportation is arranged for the group in a comfortable minibus.
Airport pickup is scheduled at 3:00 PM on 14th of September,
Arrival time at the airport on the 18th of September is planned for around 10:30 AM.
If arriving or departing outside the appointed pickup times, we can help in arranging a taxi.
Itinerary

September 14 – Arrival at the Tbilisi airport, airport transfers to the hotel, meet & greet dinner.

September 15 – Sunrise shoot at an abandoned film set, road trip from Tbilisi to Kutaisi with a mountain shoot along the way.

September 16 – Full day of shooting in abandoned sanatoriums.

September 17 – Waterfalls and canyon shoots, road trip back toward the capital with a mountain shoot en route, evening picture viewing.

September 18 – Farewell breakfast and airport transfers.
