About

When we planned the Manor Muses 1:1 June Edition, we wanted it to feel even more meaningful than our May event. As both an organizer and a model, I felt closely connected to every part of it. This wasn’t just about taking photos—it was about experiencing some of Latvia’s most beautiful manors and castles in a focused, creative way.

We started at Veselava Manor, calm and full of soft morning light. Then came Zvartava Manor, with its gothic details and bold interiors that pushed us to experiment more. Finally, Stameriena Castle gave us a truly dramatic setting—huge halls, high windows, and a sense of stepping into history.

Our 1:1 shooting format made the biggest difference. Each photographer had real time with each model, which created a relaxed atmosphere where ideas could develop naturally. Whether solo or in small groups, the sessions felt personal and productive.

Working with Morfeja, Lisia, and Dana was a highlight. Everyone brought their own energy, and when everything clicked—the light, the place, the mood—you could feel it.

We ended with a photo contest, and the winning image by Dave Rudin (@figuresofgrace) captured the spirit of Stameriena Castle beautifully.

Looking back, I feel proud of what we created together. It was more than an event—it was a shared experience. I’m excited for what comes next, and I hope you’ll join us on future adventures.
